SHIPPING POLICY

Yaakkai offers a seamless shipping experience to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner. We take great care in packaging and use reliable methods to deliver your purchases. Our shipping costs are competitive and we aim to provide you with the best service possible.
 
At filarmode, we prioritize customer satisfaction and we offer free shipping within India for order values above INR 500. For all purchases below INR 500, we charge a flat shipping fee of INR 50. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchases from Yaakkai. In case you change your mind or encounter any issues with our products, our hassle-free return and exchange policy has got you covered. We believe in building trust and providing you with a worry-free shopping experience. Our return policy is as below,

 

  1. You can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. To return all items or individual items in the order, please write to us at support@yaakkaithelabel.com

  3. ​The product has to be returned with original packaging which includes price tags and labels. 

  4. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and the value of the item has been reduced, in such cases we offer no refund. 

  5. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and inspection is satisfactory, we will initiate the refund process in 2 to 3 days time.

  6. For items that are sold under a sale with a discount value of 40% or above we do not normally accept returns. We can consider to accept returns only if the items that we sent out is not in wearing condition, meaning the product is damaged or considered to be unfit for wearing.

  7. We offer reverse pick up services and we charge a flat fee of INR 30 for the same. If the pin code is not eligible for reverse pick up service, then the customer is responsible for sending the items back to our warehouse. 

  8. We do not offer exchanges, once we receive the items back and upon inspection results we will be refunding the amount [order value of the item(s)] back to the customer.
